The reservation of the main part of this spacious villa includes several rooms specifically prepared for your needs and number of people. The main part is located on the upper floor and consists of 1 bedroom with double bed QUEEN BED in American style, main living area with TV and kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 1 separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped. When accommodating children, we also think about your comfort and the comfort of your children and we offer the possibility of accommodating children in separate rooms on single beds, so that you do not disturb them in the evening while watching TV. For your comfort and sense of security, it is possible to rent a baby camera monitor or toys for children.

The main accommodation is located on the upper floor, the pool is accessed by a lawn slightly downhill from the upper terrace. (possibly by stairs outdoors).

An air-conditioned space, a garden with a 9-meter-long swimming pool with a towing roof, which heats the pool to a pleasant 28 – 32.C, contributes to your comfort on warm days. You can make your evening comfort more pleasant by sitting with a barbecue on the terrace, while your children will play with you on the playground or bathe. Alternatively, go to a sitting in the center of Skalice.

You have the opportunity to go hiking in the Skalice vineyards, or explore the historical monuments of Skalice, or take a bike and explore the beauty of Skalice along the bike path that runs along the road. Golfers have a golf course on the same street.
